All About my Core

Activity: Core workout with Trainer

A strong Core is essential for a Triathlon. While one trains to Swim, Bike and Run, one must also strengthen thier Core in order to prevent injuries. This morning I had a session with my trainer Erick, all we did was work on my Core. The workout consisted of all kinds of exercises, starting with planks to throwing weighted balls to push ups. Love how he keeps it interesting and intense! I am planning on doing these workouts once a week. It is also great to get my workout done in the morning, this leaves me with free evenings, which is awesome specially as the weather is getting warmer and the sun stays up later. Tomorrow is break day. One week of training and blogging is done!
